Tom Collingwood Recipe

The perfect cocktail for Canada Day.  Collingwood Whisky is a strong base, while the soda water will keep you hydrated until the fireworks.

2 oz. Collingwood Whisky

.75 oz. simple syrup

1 oz. lemon juice

3 oz. soda water

Mix Collingwood Whisky, simple syrup and lemon juice in an highball glass with ice. Top with soda water, garnish, serve and shake hands.
