Thirsty Canadians: Drink Whisky on Canada Day

Want an excuse to toast to our great nation this Canada Day?

Trudeau instead of Trump.

We’ve passed on the classic Ceasar and ice-cold, local brews to sip on cocktails with a splash of homegrown Collingwood Whisky. Made with glacial water from Georgian Bay, fine grains sourced from Canadian farms and imparting an ever-so subtle drizzle of maple syrup on the palate Collingwood Whisky will have your guests chanting a impassioned rendition of ‘O Canada’! For an extra hint of Canadiana, apologize to the neighbours for the noise.

Rock red and white all day, or shake things up with a ‘Tom Collingwood’ Whisky cocktail (and wear whatever you damn-well please).

Tom Collingwood Recipe

The perfect cocktail for Canada Day.  Collingwood Whisky is a strong base, while the soda water will keep you hydrated until the fireworks.

2 oz. Collingwood Whisky

.75 oz. simple syrup

1 oz. lemon juice

3 oz. soda water

Mix Collingwood Whisky, simple syrup and lemon juice in an highball glass with ice. Top with soda water, garnish, serve and shake hands.
